Сьогодні, 5 лютого 2024 року, на офіційному вебсайті Служби безпеки України було оприлюднено повідомлення про те, що слідчі СБУ повідомили очільнику одного зі структурних підрозділів апарату Верховного Суду України про підозру у вчиненні злочину, передбаченого ч. 3 ст. 436-2 КК України (виправдовування, визнання правомірною, заперечення збройної агресії рф проти України, глорифікація її учасників, вчинені службовою особою).

Звертаємо увагу, що особа, про яку йдеться в повідомленні СБУ, працювала у Верховному Суді України й не була переведена у штат Апарату Верховного Суду, а отже – ніколи не працювала у Верховному Суді.

Нагадаємо, що Верховний Суд України припинив свою діяльність 15 грудня 2017 року у зв’язку з початком функціонування Верховного Суду.

Просимо представників медіа при висвітленні цієї новини використовувати коректну назву органу, в якому працювала особа, якій повідомлено про підозру.

Today, February 5, 2024, a notice was published on the official website of the Security Service of Ukraine, according to which the SSU investigators had informed the head of one of the structural units of the Supreme Court of Ukraine about the suspicion of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants, committed by an official).

We draw your attention to the fact that the person referred to in the notification of the Security Service of Ukraine had worked in the Supreme Court of Ukraine and has not been transferred to the Staff of the Supreme Court, and therefore has never worked in the Supreme Court.

We would like to remind you that the Supreme Court of Ukraine ceased its operation on December 15, 2017 in connection with the commencement of the functioning of the Supreme Court.

We ask media representatives, when covering this news, to use the correct name of the body in which the person who was notified of the suspicion had worked.
