For the Plaintiff in Case No. 9901/281/21 – Amirkhanyan Araik Khachikovich

The Supreme Court hereby summons Amirkhanyan Araik Khachikovich to appear at a court hearing in administrative case No. 9901/281/21, initiated by the lawsuit of Amirkhanyan Araik Khachikovich against the President of Ukraine, with the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine as third parties. The case concerns the recognition of illegality and annulment of Presidential Decree of Ukraine No. 169/2021 dated April 21, 2021.
